The Faculty of Architecture, Silpakorn University, recently hosted a Public Lecture titled “Discuss on Films: Nostalgia for the Future and Lovely Villa”.
The lecture was delivered by Professor Rohan Shivkumar, Dean of the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Architecture at Upanagar Shikshan Mandal’s Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi, Institute for Architecture and Environmental Studies, affiliated to the University of Mumbai, India. Professor Shivkumar shared insights into how modernist architectural ideas are represented in film and discussed their cultural and spatial significance.
The event was held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Phra Phrombhichitr Architecture and Art Gallery, Silpakorn University, Wang Thaphra Campus (Bangkok)
